The fine print, in plain English.

The short version

50% deposit to start once-off work and shoots; the balance on completion.
Setups are delivered within 7 days of receiving everything we need. Shoot photos arrive within 2 days, video within a week.
Monthly services run month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
We use manager access to your accounts, never your passwords.
We never write fake reviews and never promise a ranking on Google.

These terms apply to all Nudge Labs services. By paying a deposit or an invoice, you agree to them.

Every job starts with a written quote, valid for 30 days.
Once-off work and content shoots need a 50% deposit to book. The balance is due on completion, before final files or logins are handed over.
Prepaid bundles (Agent Pack) are paid in full upfront. The Season Pack is paid per shoot, R4,000 each time.
Monthly services are invoiced at the start of each month and paid within 7 days.
Monthly services pause if an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, and resume once it's paid.

Setups and websites are delivered within 7 days of receiving your completed intake form, photos and account access.
You approve before anything goes live. Each setup includes one round of changes; further changes are quoted.
Google verification is controlled by Google and can take longer than 7 days.

Monthly services run month to month, with no lock-in contract. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice.
When you cancel, everything we set up stays yours. We hand over website files or transfer hosting on request.
The Full Nudge setup fee is once-off and not refundable once the work is delivered.

A shoot is booked once the deposit is paid. Travel: the first 30 km is free, then R3 per km, quoted upfront.
If weather would spoil the shoot or make flying unsafe, we reschedule at no cost. Drone flights follow local flight rules.
Rescheduling is free with 48 hours' notice. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Agent Pack shoots must be used within 6 months.

We work through manager or admin access you grant. We never ask for your passwords.
You stay the owner of every account and can remove our access at any time. We remove our own access within 7 days of a service ending.

Once paid in full, your website, its text and your business accounts belong to you.
Photos and video are licensed to you for your business use, including listings, website, social media, print and advertising. They can't be resold or licensed to others.
Nudge Labs keeps copyright and may show the work in its portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to.
Footage of private homes is never used for stock or other commercial purposes without the owner's written permission.

We only collect the information needed to do the work, keep it private, and handle it in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
We may update these terms. Changes never apply to work already quoted or paid for, and monthly clients get 30 days' notice.
